Day 1 - Ubud Market Visit & Hands-On Balinese Cooking Class
- 08:30 – Pick-up from your hotel or central Ubud meeting point; short transfer to the local market.
- 09:00 – Guided market tour: meet vendors, sample spices and ingredients, and select fresh produce with your chef-instructor.
- 09:45 – Arrive at the cooking studio; welcome drink and brief introduction to the day’s menu and techniques.
- 10:00–12:30 – Hands-on cooking session: prepare spice pastes, main dishes, side dishes, and desserts with step-by-step guidance. Taste as you cook and learn plating tips.
- 12:30–13:00 – Enjoy a relaxed lunch together featuring the dishes you helped prepare; photos, recipe handouts, and friendly Q&A with the chef.
